Refund policy in brief
Our courses are digital services. A refund is available only inside the window below, and only while the course is still essentially unused.
When you can ask for a refund
- V3 course (monthly subscription): within 24 hours of the payment.
- V2 course (one-time payment): within 48 hours of the payment.
- Recorded-only course (for example, R Programming): within 7 calendar days of the payment.
- Hybrid course or live cohort (recorded lessons plus live sessions): within 7 calendar days of the payment.
- FTRPP (internship): before the official start date.

Good to know
Missing a live cohort doesn't qualify for a refund, because you can attend future cohorts during your 2-year access period.
If we cancel a course or can't deliver it, you choose: a transfer to the next cohort, a credit, or a full refund.

Live sessions run twice a year (Cairo time). Sessions are recorded and usually uploaded within 1–3 hours, so you can catch up if you miss one.
The schedule is sometimes extended, or includes a break, depending on participants' preferences.

Where's the community?
On courses.negida.com. A Pumble group is used only during live courses, for coordination. We don't use Telegram groups.
From C1 to the research team
Complete all five core courses, in V2 or V3, to become eligible to join the Negida Academy clinical research team, free of charge.

Apply through app.negida.com. You're added to the team groups and meetings within about 30 days.
Free mentorship
Biweekly team meetings with Dr. Negida, plus a mentorship lecture on the first Tuesday of every month (CVs, conferences, posters, networking and more).
Honest expectations
Publishing takes commitment and often 1–2 years, and it is never guaranteed. Authorship follows ICMJE criteria and is never sold.
Fast Track Research Publication Program (FTRPP)
Formerly the post-course internship. It's hands-on research in a small group, with weekly meetings and mentor follow-up, for 4–6 months. It is led by Dr. Rehab Diab, MBBCh, under the supervision of Dr. Negida. It's included in the Standard and Premium packages, and Basic-package graduates can add it for $100.

Is it suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. The courses start from zero, even if you have no research experience, and build step by step from theory to practice.
What language are the courses taught in?
Explanations are in Arabic, while slides, notes, tools and scientific terms are mainly in English. V3 is taught in Arabic. Most V2 courses are available in Arabic and English versions.
Can I take just one or two courses?
Yes. Buy any single course as V2 (one-time payment) or V3 (monthly), or join the Live Bootcamp for the full program.
What's the difference between V2 and V3?
V2 is a one-time payment with 2 years of access, and it's the version included in the Live Bootcamp. V3 is a monthly subscription, completely self-paced, in Arabic, with updated content. See the full comparison.
Is watching only the recorded videos enough?
Yes, the recorded videos are enough to complete the course. We recommend the live sessions because they add discussion, workshops, simulation projects and a deeper practical understanding.
How much does V3 cost?
C1, C2, C3 and C4 are $10/month each, and C5 is $15/month. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
What's included in a V3 subscription?
Full access to the course while you're subscribed. You also get the progress system, challenges, badges and unlocks, course updates, a Q&A forum for each module answered by Dr. Negida or an experienced co-instructor, weekly office hours, and a certificate of completion.
Does V3 include live sessions?
No. V3 is completely self-paced. For live sessions, join the Live Bootcamp, which includes V2.
Can I cancel V3 anytime?
Yes, from your account. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I pay for V3 with Vodafone Cash or Orange Cash?
No. V3 is paid by card only. Vodafone Cash and Orange Cash are available for the Live Bootcamp only.
Does one V3 course give me access to the research community?
No. Complete all five courses (C1–C5) and earn all five certificates to become eligible for the research team. Then apply at app.negida.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card at checkout. The Live Bootcamp also accepts local methods, including Vodafone Cash and Orange Cash. See all options at go.negida.com/payment_options.
Are there extra fees?
Vodafone Cash and Orange Cash add 2%, and Stripe and PayPal add 4%. To estimate a currency conversion, use xe.com.
I paid outside the checkout. What now?
Fill in the confirmation form at go.negida.com/confirmation. Your access details are emailed within about 48 hours.
Do you offer installments or group discounts?
No, full payment is required. V3's monthly subscription is the lowest-cost way to start.
How long does my access last?
V2 courses, recorded courses and live cohorts: 2 years from your official access date. That's the date access is granted after payment or, for a live cohort, the first official cohort start date. V3: while your subscription is active.
Can I pause or freeze my access?
No. The 2-year period isn't paused, extended or restarted because of delayed study or a missed cohort. You can, however, attend later cohorts within your 2 years.
What happens when my 2 years end?
Email support to request extended access to the recorded content. Extensions are granted at the academy's discretion.
I paid but can't see my course.
Allow about 48 hours after confirmation, and check your spam folder. Make sure you log in with the email you paid with. Still stuck? Email ncrt@negida.com with your registered email, a payment screenshot and the course name.
Can I share my account or download the videos?
No. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license. Sharing logins, recording sessions or redistributing materials leads to account closure without refund. See our policies.
When are the live cohorts?
Twice a year (Cairo time): Winter January–March and Summer July–September. The schedule is sometimes extended, or includes a break, depending on participants' preferences. Winter 2027 starts on Friday, January 1, 2027, and registration closes on November 15, 2026.
Who teaches the Winter 2027 cohort?
The live sessions are taught by Dr. Rehab Diab, Dr. Mahmoud Diaa and Dr. Heba Aboeldahab. Dr. Ahmed Negida is the academic advisor and supervises the whole cohort.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and shared, usually within 1–3 hours.
Can I attend more than one cohort?
Yes. With an eligible hybrid course or live cohort, you can join available cohorts as many times as you like during your 2 years, at no extra cost and subject to seat availability.
What are the simulation projects?
Participants work on two projects: a primary research project proposal, and a systematic review and meta-analysis project.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Complete all the content, mark the lessons complete and pass the quiz. Then download a digital certificate with a unique verification code. V3 certificates are issued when you complete the course requirements.
Do certificates carry credit hours?
No, our courses don't provide credit hours.
What is the refund policy?
The windows are 24 hours for V3, 48 hours for V2, and 7 days for recorded-only and hybrid courses and live cohorts. For FTRPP, it's before the official start date. Refunds also require the course to be essentially unused. See the details.
How do I request a refund?
Through the contact page, from the email you used to buy. Approved refunds are returned within 10 business days.
Can I postpone or switch courses?
Requests are reviewed case by case by the support team. Contact us to ask.
How do I join Dr. Negida's research team?
Complete all five core courses, C1 to C5, in V2 or V3. Then apply at app.negida.com. You're added to the team groups within about 30 days.
Will I publish a paper?
The training gives you the foundations to design, conduct, analyse and write research. Publishing depends on your commitment and often takes 1–2 years. It is never guaranteed, and authorship is never sold.
What is FTRPP?
The Fast Track Research Publication Program, formerly the post-course internship. It's 4–6 months of hands-on research in a small group, led by Dr. Rehab Diab, MBBCh, under the supervision of Dr. Negida. From 2027, projects include case reports, cross-sectional studies and secondary analysis of existing databases, as well as systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
How do I get FTRPP?
It's included in the Standard and Premium packages. Graduates of the Basic package who completed all five courses can add it for $100.
Can I postpone FTRPP?
Only during the first two weeks after the official start date, subject to approval and availability in a future batch.
